Are the questions based on real certification exams?
Yes. All certification questions on Cloud Pass are based on real past exam questions with no duplicates. They also include the latest 2025 updates to help you effectively prepare for AWS and GCP certifications.

Can I download the questions and explanations?
Unfortunately, downloading questions or explanations is not supported. However, you can solve questions directly within the app and track your learning progress and accuracy in real time.

How can I cancel or get a refund for my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in the app by going to More → Subscription Management → Subscription Settings.
Refunds follow the policies of Google Play Store for Android and App Store for iOS.
